Each player may hold only one active Lucky 30 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Lucky 30 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Lucky 30 account, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Lucky 30 is not liable for losses resulting from outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Currency

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 30 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the Platform

• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind connected with the Platform

Lucky 30's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Lucky 30 does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Lucky 30's Right to Suspend

Lucky 30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• Lucky 30 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed
• The account is linked to a multiple-account violation
• Required under applicable law or regulatory instruction

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Lucky 30 account at any time by contacting support@lucky30.bet. On closure request, any remaining real-money balance above Rs 500 will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Lucky 30 will attempt to notify you via your registered contact before applying a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 to dormant balances. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. No maintenance fees are applied to accounts with a zero balance.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lucky 30 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform before the new terms take effect. If you continue to use the Lucky 30 Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect. Lucky 30 will not apply revised Terms retroactively to transactions completed before the effective date.
